Writer's Tool For Increased Productivity and Consistency + E-BOOK
I designed this template to help writers stay organized, on track, consistent, and increase their productivity with their writing projects.
Using this I went from 0 to 1000+ followers on Medium in just less than 2 months.
I also went from writing 1-2 articles per week, to at least 1 article per day. It helped me stay consistent, even if the quality was not perfect.
Because, the only way to become a better writer is with practice.
With its easy-to-use interface, you can quickly input, organize, and track your article ideas, and goals, all in one place.
Studies show that a clear to-do list can increase productivity.
What you get:
✅ Easy-to-use interface
✅ A place to write all your headlines, and/or article ideas, and divide them into categories. (Viewing all your headlines in one place increases productivity!)
✅ A place to track the already published articles and get a clearer view of what works and what not.
✅ A dynamic calendar and a weekly to-do list to help you stay consistent.
✅ Over 220+ ideas for content. You can use it as inspiration, or as exercise to become a better writer. It contains a wide range of popular topics.
✅ Colorful template, curated with earthly tones for a calm experience.
✅ Works with Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
This content has elevated my writing skills. Using this I was able to stay consistent and write every day over the past year. This consistency allowed me to improve as a writer and managed to have 1000 followers in just 2 months. I hope you find it helpful as well.
It has four sheets:
📈 The first sheet called “Idea Board” has three columns and a note taking section.
Here you can write possible headlines for articles, or ideas that come to you, so you have a clear view of them.
The first column is for article ideas that you think have a high priority.
The second column is for article ideas that you think are good but can wait a little.
The third column is for article ideas that you either don’t know if they are good, or for new topics that you want to try.
In the note corner, you can easily write any notes about everything that you feel like you need to see often.
📈 The second sheet is called Published.
Here you can track all the articles you have published along with their characteristics (Date that you published them, how many words, what topic it was on, the tags you used, the earnings, the views they got, and their reading time)
It gives you a clear organized view of what works and what not.
📈 The third sheet is called calendar.
It contains a dynamic calendar (meaning you can change the month). It also contains your weekly goals, and a weekly to-do list. This helps keep you consistent. By setting clear goals which you view every day, you can become more productive.
📈 The fourth sheet is called content ideas.
This is a tab containing more than 220 topics that you can get ideas for an article. You can either use them as inspiration, or exercises. The more you write, the more you will improve.
🎁I have also included my e-book where I explain in detail how I reached 1000 followers, give writing tips, and much more.
